Add a speed bump on Hollow Rd

Cars regularly cut through Hollow Rd well over the posted limit, and it's the main route kids take to the bus stop. We're asking the board to approve a traffic-calming speed bump near the park entrance.

Requesting: Install one traffic-calming speed bump on Hollow Rd near the Ross Bridge Park entrance.
